How many workflows are included?
The scope is defined in Week 1 based on your process audit — we map what you actually need, then build accordingly. We don't sell a fixed number of workflows because complexity varies widely: a "workflow" can be a simple 3-step automation or a multi-branch AI agent system. The quote reflects your real scope, not a preset package.
What happens if I need more workflows after the sprint?
You own the platform and documentation — you can build additional workflows yourself using the patterns we establish. For more complex additions, we can quote an additional engagement. No retainer or ongoing commitment is built into the sprint.
